Make Your Payments

Please note that the time to submit your deposit has passed and that we are no longer accepting any deposits. 

Accessing Your Deposit and Bill

  1. Ensure your student has created their GW Email address. See our Admitted Students Page for instructions to create a GW Email address. 

  2. Go to the GWeb Info System page.

  3. Enter your GWid (this can be found in your acceptance letter and email and looks like “G12345678”) and PIN (default is your birth date in MMDDYY format).

  4. To access the Program Deposit, please follow the Program Deposit Instructions (PDF) below.

  5. To access the Final Payment, please follow the instructions to Pay Your Remaining Balance below. 

Program Deposit Instructions

Upon receipt of your acceptance letter, a $500 per course nonrefundable deposit is due. This deposit secures you (the student's) spot in our program.  Deposits can be paid by check, electronic check or credit card. Please follow the Deposit Instructions (PDF) to complete your program deposit. 

Paying Your Remaining Balance

In accordance with the university billing schedule, final payments will not be generated until May 24, 2019. An e-bill notification will be sent to the student's GW email address and all families will receive communications from our office. All remaining balances must be paid by June 30. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in a late interest fee.
