Make Your Payments
Program Deposit Instructions
Upon receipt of your acceptance letter, a $500 per course non-refundable deposit is due. This deposit secures your spot in our program.
Accessing Your Deposit and Bill (Student Instructions)
In accordance with the university billing schedule, final payments will not be generated until May 2026. An eBill notification will be sent to the student's GW email address and all families will receive communications from our office. All remaining balances must be paid prior to your arrival. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in a late interest fee.
Please follow the Payment Instructions (PDF) to pay your remaining balance, or follow the instructions below.

- Go to the GWeb Banner Self Service page to log into GWeb.

Student eBill Authorized User
Students can add up to 5 authorized users in their Student Account eBill system. Authorized users have access to the eBill system only, and do not have access to view grades, course information, or financial aid award letters. GW staff and faculty cannot discuss or disclose information related to your student account to an authorized user without a student first granting FERPA consent for an individual. Authorized user status does not constitute FERPA consent. Instructions for students to add an authorized user to their eBill can be found here.
Please visit the Student Accounts website here for more information on how to make payments for the remaining balance on the account. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your eBill, please reach out to sao
