Mail Services

Picking Up Mail

Mail services are available to students who participate in our Pre College Program.

Available mail will be delivered once a day Monday-Friday. Students will be notified by our office of mail they receive. Once notified, students must promptly retrieve their package.

Due to the shortened length of our program, it is suggested that parents notify their students in advance of incoming mail so students are aware to retrieve all mail.

When programs are over, first class/priority mail or packages not retrieved by students before they leave campus are returned to the sender. We are not responsible for mail or shipments to and from GW via USPS or courier service.

Sending Mail

Packages should be shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority, UPS, DHL or Fed Ex Ground for tracking purposes. Mail delivery can take up to seven business days after it's received, depending on mail volume.

Family and friends should address letters and packages as follows:

Student’s Name
The George Washington University
c/o Pre-College Program
2100 Foxhall Rd NW

Academic Building Suite 115
Washington, D.C. 20007

If you are expecting mail or packages and do not receive them, please contact Mail and Package Services for assistance. We are not responsible for mail or shipments to and from GW via USPS or courier service
